everything you've written here jives with my understanding of the Project, which is, in a nutshell: the project starts off as a single point. to that point ideas, information, and energy can be applied to coat that point with layers of interaction (content, acts, connections, missions, experiences). as layers are piled on, the scope expands and expands, interweaving through lives and experience, mind and time. eventually it grows to create a Philosopher's Stone of sorts. it is a Great Work, a Conspiracy, an Art Project, an Alternate Reality Game and a Psychedelic Labyrinth that leads to the Eschaton and beyond into...something else.
of course, grand visions are the easy part: to me the important question is how to solidify the first layer. i imagine the idea is to start with the site, which is at least initially the focal point of all the myriad processes. but is there an overarching model? a symbolic system? an event? what kind of images and content form the first layer of interaction? to me there should be some kind of design from the beginning to make this thing a Strange Attractor: something with provocative, transformative content, as well as pseudo-brand style memes which can send their tendrils out to the interwebs to integrate other conspiracies, pull in more psychic energy and interest from the aggregators and feeds. if the initial Seed is powerful enough, it seems like the momentum of accelerating time will be able to more automatically force the crustalization of more and more layered action - more and denser connections in 4d spacetime, in other words.
do you have any concrete plans along these lines? the initial phase seems essential.
