Hello all out there (what few people read these words)

I am attempting currently to get a reworking of the Project done; a tabulation of ideas produced thus far, and the direction of the various facets of the project. I am calling on a favor from you all to lend me a hand in this; anyone out there that has contemplated these ideas, i would like to hear your observations. I have heard some in the past, and those have been very helpful- now I am looking to step things up to the next phase by expanding into practical areas- but I need ideas!

For those who have followed my odd dialogues of ideas about this Project, it needs to start somewhere- and the net is the best place. To do so, it needs to be interactive, participatory, a way people can come and interact with it- play with it, get them creating it as well, adding the layers on. Some forums have turned into great breeding grounds for memes, but I would like to make it more than a forum, and i have been wracking my brains for various ideas. However, I am no web designer- I am primarily a conceptual artist, a thinker and a magician. Thus, a project like this one requires more sets of brains than just my own to get it swirling. It needs to be more branded, more shiny; something, as has been suggested, which will act as the initial strange attractor; an oddity, a puzzle, a game, a trail of breadcrumbs... a maze? I can come up with ideas, vague notions of how it has to work... but I am having trouble bringing it down into a practical web design- into artifacts and materialization.

Thus, any ideas from anyone who have perhaps pondered over my odd thoughts and ramblings? I would like to make this Project participatory, to open it up to others to help create if they like the idea of it...
